We have UCMC media players on each of the workstations to handle unified messaging with our Coral system. Until users would receive 2 emails when a voicemail came in. One email would be the player version of the voicemail which, when you clicked on it would pull up the UCMC media player. The other email was a wav file that could be opened on users cell phones. At some point in the last couple of months the system stopped sending the wav file version. I did not install the system initially and can't even find where there is a setting for it to send the wav file to begin with. Can someone help me set this back up so it works again. Thanks!

Sorry I can't give you specifics on where to find the setting, I don't know the uCMC that well. If I had one in front of me I could work it out. It shouldn't be that hard to find - usually in Settings or something like that. It will stick out. I'd guess that it's possibly stopped working due to an authentication problem - has someone changed the password on the email account recently?

did it stop working systemwide or on just one mailbox?
To send the wav file, you go into mailbox delivery options on email and you select both the wav format and input the email address.
