UCM won't upgrade to 11.1.1

Have a UCM that won't upgrade to 11.1.1
It was at 10.0 and failed the upgrade to 11.1.1.
So I attempted an upgrade to 11.0, with no issue.
Tried USB and via Web Manager. I'm aware that USB creator needed to be the latest version.
Any help appreciated.

Read the upgrade notes. There is a special process that needs to be followed to upgrade to 11.1.1 as it involves an upgrade to the underlying Linux OS

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Pretty sure it has to go to 11.0.4.5 first, then 11.1
This is in the documentation.
