UCM phone notification message tone vs buzz.

CUCM setup phone service (IEMMessage Manager)to Philip Telemetry system, then subscribe phone to it. when Philip send some alarm messages to ucm, phone will display it on screen and phone will buzz in very short period. does anybody know how to regulate or change buzz duration ? can I buzz phone forever till I acknowledge it ?

I don't know much about the Philips telemetry product, but I'm certain that the audio sound is coming from the Philips server via multicast.
The duration and audio file will be controlled on the Philips product as well as the message that is displayed. You will need to look on that side for answers and how to. There's really nothing to adjust on the CUCM side.
