Is there any way to have it so a User presses Directories option 4 for Personal Directory and go straight in without having to Login? In 4.X and below, you Subscribed users to the Service and supplied UserID and PIN at that time so they went straight in, no Login by User occured. My UserID's are 8 charactors long and pain to type in via the number keys.

Cisco Bug ID CSCsI95467. The fix is to create the Personal Address Book as a Phone Service. The service URL is
(all on one line no spaces)
Create 2 service parameters:
pin - required
userid - required

This is very similar to the way it was done in CCM 4.X but a different URL. I have heard these are pre-built in UCM 7 but I haven't seen one of those yet.
