Hi Guys..
I am facing a strange issue
Having and NS500 system with follwoing requirement
1) Hunt group configured
2) calls should land on the group and after 3 rings if two operators are busy should play the OGM1 and OGM 2 messages.

two issues
1) When OGM plays or during the waiting period once the caller disconnects, still the group rings..
2) Second issue is strange...
the Group has been defined as UCD.
There are only two agents and when it rings , it goes to first agent and then second agent respectively.
But when of hte agent logs out,,,, the single person who is in the group, cannot get indication or any ring on teh phone, when he is busy.
in small when one user is present in the group, and if second calls comes, he doesnt get a ring..if i put on hold and try to take the second call, the first calls gets disconnected.

The same works fine when I make the group waiting as Ring...

Also funny part is the same setup was working fine in TDA 30...
 
if you don't have call waiting on the group it wont ring on a busy for a ucd group. if the call is held and he takes the second call, you should not lose the call. most common problem is if there is no key to hold the call on and the second one is on the same loop key.

are the lines analogue.if so if you have no cpc or reverse polarity on the line the system will not know if the call is gone

But can Panasonic design soemthing to sort out the disconnect issue?? other vendors have understood this cpc issue and come out
with some work around. cant it be done with panasonic??/
