For with those of you that have experience working with UCCX could you please evaluate the following:

Compare UCCX to Avaya Call Centers was the given task.
Can it be done in 1 week so 10 different students that only know Avaya can truly understand how to function in a UCCX environment instead of a Avaya one.

Will the students be able to set up their first UCCX call center?
