cisco also offers scripting courses through partners but I would stsrt there first.

DO they?? Hmm I would be very interested in that, do you know the name of the course whykap?

It looks very complicated to try and do it on your own from scratch - I tried yesterday by working out and copying our one and only existing script - there are so many variables that I need some help!
We did get a company to do their own IPCC training but the trainer couldn't do the scripting part as he said that was a totally seperate thing and usually left to developers!

As I'm a complete newb to scripting and know nothing of "code" I take it that I can do everything I need to do through the CRS Editor?

here's a link for a partner that offers the classes.
They actually develop the classes for cisco and train other partners to offer it. Great offerings.
