All - I've got call manager 10.6, Unity 10.6 and UCCX 10.5

I just got notified that - for reporting - I need to add 455 triggers to our call center for one vendor. So my questions are:
a) How many triggers can you have per application? (Since the session limit is 150 for any application, I'm guessing this would be our limit).
b) How many end-users can add triggers to applications at one time?
c) How many end-users can add applications at one time?

On question c), we did a little experiment. Two of us logged into UCCX and click on the "Add Application" link. Both of us got the same applicaiton ID, so it looks as though the person who finishes first gets to keep the ID. So for c), the answer is - it could be several people. You just need to coordinate who gets what application ID.

If anyone has any hard numbers, please let me know.

I have an application that has over 300 triggers in it and it isnt a problem. I dont know hard numbers though.

I never like 2 people working in the same application at the same time.

gnrslash4life - Bud....that's exactly what I was looking to hear! Cisco was dancing around the question, they honestly don't know. They won't publish any numbers related to that. My problem is that we've got over 300 applications and almost 1300 triggers. The most triggers I've seen in our system is 40 on an application. I was worried that I'd be pushing the limit and the whole thing would break down. This contract is worth a truck-load of money to our company, so I can't afford to experiment. We'll probably create 4 - 6 applications and then populate from there.

I know what you mean about end users adding applications and triggers. I ran an "add application" experiment with two people - and it gave us both the same application ID. Pretty scary. I'm going to guess it would be the same with triggers, too.

BTW: Do you know of a "bulk way" (ie - some type of tool) to add triggers to applications in CCX? That would help speed up the deployment process tremendously.

I think youll be ok as long as you dont max your sessions.

I do not know of any bulk way to import.
