UCCX historical reporting tool installation 1

I downloaded the UCCX historical reporting application and installed (which looked like it had completed successfully), however, when I launch it, a dialog box "unexpected error, quitting" comes up. If I try to uninstall, I get error 1722 and can't uninstall.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to uninstall and get a working MSI? I'm installing on a Windows 7 OS and the UCCX version is 8.x.

is it windows 7 64bit?
If so this is what you need to do:
1.Go to Run and type Services.msc
2.Make sure that the Secondary Logon service shows as started.
3.If the service is running, right-click the Historical Reporting Client (HRC) and select Run as Administrator.
