UCCX Finesse 11

In Finesse 11, an agent logs in and sees the below error in the reports section. They can still make an outbound call, but the reports that show their statistics produce the error.

User does not have sufficient permissions for entity: 76D9649010000140000000810A4E5E6F (minimum permission required: PERMISSION_READ_EXEC)

Anyone see anything like this before?
 
Make sure the user has reporting assigned to his capabilities along with agent
 
I think it's the licensing type. Whoever ordered the licenses ordered standard, when they should have been enhance. It seems that standard licensing does not allow for access to the Finesse desktop? What is the point of standard licensing then? It makes no sense to me.
 
The correct answer to this is it was the licensing type. Enhanced licenses were purchased, tomcat restarted and everything worked fine.
