UCCX call counting for ICD/Non-ICD

Is there a way to exclude non-ACD calls from being counted as calls presented/handled?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
No as non acd calls should not come in the ACD line. Every agent should have a non acd line to receive non call center calls.
