We are changing our call center hours. Where is this done at ? I'm new will UCCX and appreciate any help.

it is done in the script which is java based and has a time of day entry. You use the ccx editor to open it and update it.

It could also be using UCM's time of day routing and intercepting the calls before they go to UCCX.

I am using windows version of UCCX.

For my system, I change it on an XML file under the program file folder. the file is named PARAMETER_HORAIRE.xml
it contains all the opening and closure times, public holiday dates, emergency open/close settings, etc ...
