Hello,
I have a script that has a variable to send an e-mail to a list of managers if no one is logged in the queue during hours. Before it gets to this point in the script I have my time of day set for open hours to be 7AM to 6PM. Well, I was notified the other day that an e-mail was received by the list of managers that no one was currently logged into queue. That e-mail was time stamped 6:29 PM, after the queue should have been closed. This is the only time I've ever been notified of this happening before. I don't know if the e-mail was delayed, if there really was no one logged in towards the end of the day, or if there is something else going on. Any ideas?
