UCCX 11.0/Finesse

I installed UCCX 11.0 and when I went to the CLI to start finesse, it wasn't in the list of utils uccx commands. I can get to the admin web pages, etc but not finesse. Did something change in 11? I have scoured through the documentation but have not been able to locate any information. Bad install?

The answer to this for version 11 is finesse doesn't need to be activated from the command line like 10.6. However, forward and reverse DNS has to be working properly. Also restarting tomcat helps.
