UCC and IDS

Forgive me if this isn't a Mitel subject but has anyone synced with a AD LDS. I have created a AD LDS instance but can't figure out how to login from the UCC. Have tried using the ADedit but just can't figure it out.

Lightweight Directory Services used to be called ADAM but as of 2008 it changed its name. I'm told I need this for IDS integration either direct with the MCD or via the MAS using LDAP.

So what are you trying to do. You have active directory setup but not sure I know what you mean when you say "Can't figure out how to login from the UCC". What are you attempting to do?

I'm installing Live Content Suite I've been told by Mitel that the LCS needs to access a database using LDAP which has the users names, logins and numbers, normally this database is AD or the AD LDS. I have created a new AD LDS new instance as but can't work out how to access it. As I said in my first post I understand this is not really a Mitel issue but was just wondering who has setup IDS sync.
