I'm trying to determine the best dial plan for growth. We use a hosted voip solution with 5 digit extensions. We're looking at going to 7 digit because of the chance we'll go international as we acquire companies.
Can we just stay with 5 (less than 15k phones)? Is it just easier to go to 6 or should we move to 7 digits?
the problem is we have a lot of phones already with 5 digit extensions. It's easier to add a digit or two rather than change several hundred users number again.
GLC= Geographic Location Code.
NA= 2
EU= 5
Africa= 6
Asia= 7
Central America= 3
South America= 4
SC= State Code
SUB= 4 digits
