We have to change the domain routed to the WAN because all links in the welcome email was broked, finally the links work but now the softphone is missing the conection and the logs i can see are:
Mitel.Communicator.Listeners.WebSocketListener - Web socket error: System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: Could not make a call to SSPI; See internal exception. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: It is not possible to contact the local security authority

I understand that is something related with the security authority because if i change the credentials (login and pass) in the server the softphone accept them, so i assume that is related with the certificate management but i need help to manage the problema.
