MAs 2.2.110.0
UCA 4.0.24.0

Teleworker handsets ( 5320 , 5324 etc) all working fine
Sip teleworkers ( Iphone and bria) all working fine
UCa client works if vpn connection is made or if running in office.
UCA softphone connects in TW mode ( no vpn) but client goes straight to offline?

Im thinking its a routing issue between the MAS and the UCA server ?

Im not sure where to look though

try the networks form in the server manager
make sure both systems have all the networks listed it could possibly access

I recall the softphone for UCA 2.0 you needed to enable and fill out all the server details the under UCA 2.0 header of the connector tab...

The 3 fields were set to the same IP address pointing to the UCA server. I wonder if these still need to activated and set? apart from the UCA 3.0 header detail.

Looks like you have most of it working. As Super says do you have all the networks defined in server manager? Specifically the network where the UCA server is?

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

definitely not local networks as they are both in the same network.

I tried enabling the YA 2 connector and that made no difference.

Client connects I can make a call but then client goes offline?

Very strange :-(

Have you set the MBG as a trusted proxy in the UC server

I thought that was just for UC servers to talk to each other?
Anyway , I added the mas server and it made no difference.
Client still connects , I can make 1 call then it goes offline

have you retieved and accepted the certificates in the Teleworker option on the client

Yep got the certificate .

I found that I had to lower the srtp ending port down from 31000 to 20120.

Once I had done that , precense worked and so did call handling window and now I have speech.

Ill still need to call between all devices to make sure voice traffic is being routed ok but so far so good.
