UCA Softphone and PRG

Anyone know how to 'handoff' call using UCA softphone to the PRG?
On a desk phone you program a button.

I've tried the fac but this didn't work.

As long as the device is in the PRG it should work
As for the UCA softphone you will need to go off hook first then use the FAC
