UCA express dialing out....

This customer likes this program and so do I... But im trying to make it work properly and reading some of the set up stuff if confusing to me.

Im having issues with clicking on missed calls and just typing the number in the UCA Express box on the task bar... I tried playing with the rules and when I select some of them it will dial local just fine but missed calls from LD does dial back correctly. I live in a area that is 7 digits for local and 10 for LD not including the access code "9" and the "1" if its a LD call... hope this makes sense.

Does the missed call from long distance show the leading 1?



I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

You need to properly set up the dialing options on the PC.

Usually found on the control panel under Phone and Modem Dialing options
