I am having trouble setting up UCA web softclient. I'm using UCA on a MAS server with MBG and connected to a MCD for 3300 ver 5. The server is set to server-gateway mode with internal and external IPs configured.

I created the extension (device type = App Server Port) on the 3300 and set the COS options for HCI/CTI/TAPI monitor and call control to yes. On the MBG, the user and phone are created with the MAC of a1:21:00:00:34:aa. On the UCA client, teleworker is enabled and the certificate is approved.

I can connect when I am on the local network with no problems and can make calls to other extnesions and outside lines. When I connect via the internet, it connects but I am not able to make any calls. The status icon shows as unavailable instead of idle.

Once connected remotely, under the MBG MiNet devices, it shows the extension as connected. When I check the event viewer on the MAS server it has the following warning: "MakeCall by DN 3400 using monitor 13400 to destination 3221 failed. Reason: SXERR_FEATURE_NOT_ALLOWED"

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
