We are running UCA 4.0 virtual. I am having some issues with clients. The call window has suddenly changed to be only on the task bar or full screen only. I have removed the client and reinstalled still the same.
Locate the user.config. Sometimes in the following:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Mitel\UCA.exe_Url_ivye1ilplaemvcma205czontnqieml5z\4.0.24.0
Make a backup of the file.
Change the following within the file
