What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

When I had it working only needed the teleworker IP address. Upgraded my iPhone to iOS7 and having issues with it now. The mobile softphone is SIP.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Yes there are issues with iOS7.

Environment: iPhone, iPAD, iPOD, iMAC.
Issue: With the upcoming introduction of IOS7 please note that the UCA (Unified Communication Advanced) will not be compatible with this IOS release. UCA will be unstable, keys mislocated, etc..

No date has been set yet for the next release that provides IOS7 Support, but we will communicate an availability date ASAP.
Please do not upgrade to this IOS release if you are looking to maintain proper UCA operation.
Solution:not available at this time - Please refer to this knowledge article for further details and solution as they become available.

with those versions you should do the following

Have a Public name routed to the MAS server ( conference.company,com.au )
use this and the uca account details to connect the smart device client to the UCA server.
If routing and ports are forwarded properly UCA client should log in from Mobile device.

Then add Softphone extension in MCD as uca endpoint
- configure a passcode for it ( numeric)
- change SDC from 71 to something else and configure as required
- set cos as required
Add this user to the MBG as a sip softphone
Set the set side and device side to the ext number
set the set side password to something complex
set the MCD password to numeric value set in mcd
In the Smart device client set as teleworker adn specify the Teleworker IP address and extension details ( ext and password)

I have tested UCA sip running via VMAS 5.0.64.0 ( with onboard MBG ) in server gateway and MCD 6.0 SP1

My Iphone and Ipad mini both function fine with UCA SIP softphone and they are IOS 7.0.2

I have tested both on GSM and Wifi connections

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
