UCA 6.0 Status

I have a UCA client thats entry level license when installed the In the Office status is not there only the DND and gone for day. Since it is entry level I can't get to manage statuses to manually add in the office since it is a entry user. I have uninstalled and reinstalled no help. Other users at the site have all 3 statuses with the same licenses.
Any thoughts on how to get the status to install?

Anything more than that and you need a license

I should get the In the office status with the entry license. I get it on all of the others I've installed just not on this one.
 
Try disabling firewall and anitivirus as a test on the PC.
 
Have you deleted the account and recreated it on the server?

You can also try deleting the local UC folder at the client side , but I suspect that it may be at the server side

Tech support wants me to delete the account on the server but since we used single point provisioning it will delete the phone and the voicemail so I need to get ahold of th end user first. I'll let you all know what happens.

If you have a full license, you might be able to add it and change back
 
you can turn of single point to stop the phone being deleted but will have to remove the mailbox to fully delete it if Micollab is integrated

Sorry for the delayed responce. Deleteing the accoust in the MAS and reconfiguring it cleared the issue.
