I have a UCA client thats entry level license when installed the In the Office status is not there only the DND and gone for day. Since it is entry level I can't get to manage statuses to manually add in the office since it is a entry user. I have uninstalled and reinstalled no help. Other users at the site have all 3 statuses with the same licenses.
Any thoughts on how to get the status to install?
