UCA 4.0 - Fax viewing problem

Just upgraded to UCA 4.0 from 3.2 with an MCD 4.2 with MAS and NuPoint 14.2.0.20. We've been using the FAX apps with the NP for a while and no probs on UCA 3.2 integration of visual voicemail/fax. Upgraded to 4.0 and the Faxes appear but are no longer viewable (option greyed out) and forwarding a fax to another box gives an error with no details.

Made sure that the .tif file association was intact on client PC's, etc. but still no go. Checked the config file for UCA but don't see a ref to fax.

Any other suggestions on where to look for issues? Could it be a NP prob/setting?
