UCA 3.0 - How to set-up to Dial from Outlook

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone provide some pointers on configuring dialling from Outlook.

The only option provided was to configure every contact in the address book to dial from UCA, but I am sure this is not the only option.

Currently using outlook 2003 and 2007.

When you install UCA on the client it asks you for the Extension number and ICP info.

Once this has been done, Select any contact from your contact list, select the little phone icon, then select the dialing options. With the dialing options open, there is a pull down for "Connect using line", choose the UCA extension.

This property should then be active for all outlook contacts.
