Hi,
We are trying to configure the following on Cisco UC520. Can experts please help us to do it?

520 Phone system, model #7492:

1. Remove users from Group (Remove Jeh 1866 from Support Group 1862).

3. Group Ring when calling main number, dial Sales #1, or dial #2 Support, it will ring group, first person unable to pick it up until the 2nd time

4. how to correct timestamp wrong time in email notification?

5. how to correct time in voicemail?

6. call waiting should ring, but currently it goes straight to voicemail without notifying user.

7. headset not working

8. How to change Operator email notification to user?

9. Support/Sales support and sales button, support voicemail are not blinking.

10. how to change music?

11. forward mailbox to cellphone

12. how to add new users?

We will highly appreciate it.

It seems to me that you have been tasked to fully administer this system as well as fix existing issues.
I suggest you start by reading the administrator guide for the UC500. Here is the link from CISCO:
