Hi,

I recently had a mini training course on the uc500 phone system.

Looks really cool! Just getting people thoughts on it. If there is a certified training course on it? I looked on the Cisco site, but didn't see and specific product training for it. There is for ccna etc obiously but nothing specific to the UC500.

Also, will it compare with the Nortel SCS (Software Communication System) which actually looks great! (Even though I know Nortel is no longer going to exist).

Anyway, just thought I would throw it out there.
