UC500 Voice Hunt-Group problem

After a power failure calls from AA to voice hunt-group not working correctly.

Here is the problem. Call comes in and AA answers, You press 1 that goes to pilot 280, the phones in the group ring okay but after the timeout it should forward to an extension (final 230) but instead of ringing the extension I receive a busy.

Ext 230 is up and voice mail is setup. Again all was well before a power failure. I tried reconfiguring the voice HG reloaded the system.

Seems to be a final forwarding issue and now it is happening on other voice HG.... Thanks in advance!

I'm going to look into noan timers to verify they are longer than the timeout of the voice hunt-group. I found online that this was the cause to a similar issue...

Temp fix by changing the timeout on the voice hunt-group to 15. I checked all busy no answer timers and all are set to 24.
