UC360 screen Upside-down and Backwards

Hello,
My UC360 now shows the screen upside-down and backwards, even the pop ups and menus. The screen touch points are still in the normal locations (opposite of what is shown on the screen). I have uploaded a pic of the screen. for those that cannot see the pic. imagine the word "Enter" backwards - "retnE" and upside-down and to press it is opposite the word.
Any suggestions?
The phone has been swapped with a working one.

Swap out. Something was wired wrong just get a replacement from your provider/mitel.

I thought it came out of the wrong end of the box!

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.
