UC360 Connectivity from remote users.

MCD 3300 Release 4.2 + MBG +UCA

Hi,
A customer has perchased a UC360(video Model) and wants to use it for their customers for conference and video (Not on the network or with Mitel Apps).
What if any additional features or apps are required on the Mitel. (MBG, Collaberation ?).
How does the remote user connect to the service ?
Any help would be appreciated

it needs to register as a sip device to a sip server.

if you want more than 1 call the sip server has to support that .

we have done this on mcd by programming it as uc endpoint and adding 2 additional multicalls of its own number
and direct to a carrier using a 4 channel sip service.( 1 number , 4 channels)

if the carrier or the mcd support multiple m lines and the device is able to route its video and you have enough bandwidth it can create a sip call with video
