Attempting to reformat a UC100 Module with R9 SP1. Walked through all of the steps in Avaya's documentation. Didn't understand one part of the instructions. They state that "Select the files syslinux.cfg and avaya_autoinstall.conf and copy them to the top level (root) folder, overwriting any existing files with that name". What is the top level (root) folder? The folders I see are Avaya, isolinux, scripts, custom, license, USB, eula, Packages, images and repodata.

I have tried moving teh files to the Avaya Folder as well as the ISO Image folder, but I still get the "an error was encountered while activating your storage configuration".

Any help with either issue would be greatly appreciated!

The top level is where you see thos folders like Avaya, isolinux etc
If you want to install then use the autoinstall file and if you want to upgrade then use the autoupgrade file.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

The root is the entry point for a drive. A root folder is on the root drive.
Specifically the files you seek are in the USB folder of your USB drive.
