UC/YA Dial from external

Hi All,

I have a user who really likes YA and wants to use the dial from internet explorer option, although not all numbers are being recognised. I have had a look ion the help guide for config options but can't find any.

Is there any way to customise/train the dial from external option??

There was a known software issue - when was the last time you upgraded?? What release you on??

think you need to upgrade both new release is 2.1.0.6

I've upgraded to 2.0 UR1 (2.0.1.6) although it's still not recognising number from our internal contact management web system (interaction).

It's just a plain looking web page, but UC isn't picking up the numbers. Anyone got any ideas?
