UC Send to VM

I am setting up UC Advanced v3.2.15.0 that integrates with a 3300 and Nupoint. Everything seems to be working great exept for the "Send to Voicemail" button that pops up when an incoming call comes in. All other features such as "Call me and play messages" works so I can't figure this one out. Any suggestions would be great.

Got this figured out, my VM pilot number is 4 dig. and my ext are 3. Changed the ext length setting to 4 and it works.
