UC Module V8.0.8-13 Root Password Lost

Hi,

I wanted to upload new greetings in my UC Module, I can able to login on web page by webcontrol and password, but when i login with same id & password through SSH, i cannot upload the greetings in WAV Folder.

My Voicemail Server + Avaya One X Working fine, now i only wanted to upload new Greetings in WAV Folder. I dont remember root password, I would appreciate if there is any way to upload greetings into wav folder, that would be grateful.

The root password can be changed from within the Web administration page


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

But I only have webcontrol ID & password, i cannot see change root password option from setting->system page, also i do not have Administrator User id & password.
Can I have Default Username & password for Administrator for UC Module 8.0.8.
