Would it be possible to replace the SSD Card on a UC Module and install a new ISO image? If you could find one that would fit. Something like an Intel or similar?

I cant see any reason why not
it is a Sata drive so provided there are no special driver requirements it should work*

* this would invalidate any Avaya warantee & be totally unsupported so you will be trying it at your own risk

That would be same kind of question then asking if you can fit a BRI8 of PRI trunkboard on a Combocard..

true but the C110 is just a PC on a card so will almost certainly work (it is unlikely that even Avaya would stupid enough to restrict it to only one type/make/capacity of drive*)

*although I would not bet on it, that have done sillier things the past.

I just wonder if there is some type of encryption on it.

No it is a plan linux file system
EXT4 I think from memory, possibly even EXT3
you wont be able to read it if you connect it to a windoze box is no problem at all reading it from a linux PC.
