Hi everyone!
History:
I have an IPO 10.0.0.5 with a UC Module installed running VM Pro and OneX. I need to reimage the unit to repair some Linux files that got broked when the scheduled VM Pro backups ate up all the hard drive space.
Anyways, the UCM is now up and running, but just can't get in to :7070. If I login using wrong credentials, I get the expected error. But when I use the proper credentials, the web browser just sits and spins, and I get the same regardless of the browser I use.
Issue:
Speaking with Avaya Support, the want me to reimage the UC Module. I don't have a problem with that, it's pretty straight forward anymore using the USB Creation Tool.
However, when attempting to backup the VM Pro to an FTP site, all I get is the folder creation with nothing in it.
I have been able to backup the OneX settings to the same FTP server.
But I don't see a way to backup the settings in :7071. Is this possible?
I just want to insure I have a good backup of everything before I reimage this unit.
Thoughts, and thanks in advance!!
