UC Module menu prompt recording upload

I have very little experience with UC modules. A customer is wanting some prerecorded menu recordings to be uploaded to their VM Pro which is running on a UC Module. When its on a server I can just browse to the file on the server but since its a UC module, how do I get the files onto the actual module. FYI, I'm working remotely with their IT guy who is also remote and using a VPN to connect to the system. They are running an IP 500v2 with a version 2 UC mod both on 11.0
