UC MODULE FUN R10.1 SP2

Anyone run into the situation where IPO Manager shows Voicemail Type as Voicemail Pro on UC Module with the correct IP address, but Web Manager shows Voicemail Lite/Pro also with the correct IP address? However if changed in Web Manager to Voicemail Pro on UC Module, Voicemail Pro stops working. Only if I go into IPO Manager and re-change the Voicemail Type to Voicemail Pro on UC Module will it start to work again, but Web Manager reverts back to Voicemail Lite/Pro. I guess just don't trust/use Web Manager huh...

IPO LAN1: 172.16.16.6
UC Module: 172.16.16.16
both are running R10.1 SP2

Not working how it's supposed to is the problem. It's crap like that that steal lots of time away troubleshooting after spending the time and money to sell it
 
Did anyone ever trust the Web Manager?

You're basically saying that you did configure it correctly in the Manager and it was working, but it displayed wrong in Web Manager you so decided to change it there as well and it stopped working? =)
If it's not working as intended you can always report it to Avaya if you have the free time to do so.

Ha thanks guys, guess I should know better by now. Was just looking for some confirmation that Web Manager still needs work and if anyone else does the same dumb things trying to make the programming by the book. I'd rather get a consensus here rather than waist time reporting something that probably won't get fixed anyway
