IP Office IP500 v2 11.1.1.1 Bld 18 with UC Module
We recently upgraded a client to 11.1.1.1 bld 18 and changed them over to a UC Module from a PC
The UC Module was patched to 11.1.1.1 Bld 6.
The issue we are having and this was occurring after the upgrade and after we applied the critical patch to UC module.
we are seeing the following alarms after making changes in the VM pro client, (I removed the address) The TCP port after the IP address is different after every change
TCPClient[TCP X.X.X:54735[TCPClient] - VMPro Client]: remip=<X.X.X.X> port=54735 VMProTCPSocket::ReadData - SSL_read failed error=0 connection has terminated - exiting,ipoSocketRecvFailedError,1,MAJ
This does not seem to be service affecting and does not show up in System Status as alarm but does in Sys Mon. And does fill up our monitoring system ( Alarmtraq). We need to uncheck applications in the IP Office alarms to stop the alarms but that isn't an ideal solution.
We have rebooted UC Module. Reinstalled the Client. Tried the Firewall Batch file
The Client is installed on a virtual 2019 machine.
We have opened ticket with Avaya
We are going to go back onsite and try making changes with a different machine but, wanted to ask if anyone has seen this?
