Hi,

We have installed UC Express on a Windows 7 PC and when we try and connect to the ICP 3300 we get the following error.
------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Work
IP or DN: 10.0.1.27
PC Connectivity password: *****
Mitel 3300 ICP IP: 10.0.1.2
Mitel 3300 ICP user name: dn2ip
Mitel 3300 ICP password: *****

The phone rejected the connection.
Please verify that the phone's PC connectivity is correctly configured and
that another PC is not connected to it.
-----------------------------------------------------------
We have followed the Documentation to create the DN2IP account on the ICP 3300 and the setup on the UC Express.

Please can someone help with this as we have no idea waht to look for.

Thanks

May well be completely wrong BUT...

If i recall correctly on the phone you need to edit the PC connectivity settings and configure the password set in the software.

I have this same issue. I have the UC Express going from an XP laptop, thru the MSL (embedded APC). The problem is that I cant call an outside number. We set up a VPN and that works like a champ but for some reason it never does "register" and work if the VPN isnt in place. Ive called Mitel and they havent been able to tell me much more than the settings being correct in the Preferences of the UC Express. Like I said, VPN is the only way I have gotten it to work correctly.

I had a similar problem, so changed the DN2IP username and password (on 3300 and UCX) to one I made up myself and also changed the phone connection password and the problem went away. If your PC is plugged into the back of your phone, you may want to try plugging it straight into the network, as apparantly this can occasionally cause problems..
