UC desktop - Cant untick Hide BLF button

Hi,

Were running an NEC SV8100 with UC desktop on all the clients.

For some reason there are a few extensions that are working fine at the handset and can open the UC desktop, but I cannot untick the Hide BLF button on for their extension, I can for everyone else. is there a setting in the webpro that I need to change for these extensions?
