i am getting ready to install a 3300 4.1 with uc advanced 3.2. i have the client software on a pc and an account built for ext 2201. ext 2201 is a 5340 phone.this all seems to work fine. i can make and recieve calls to ext 2201 using the client software. my question is on ext 2201 i have a multicall setup as 1311 which is the customers main incoming number. and also a mulicall setup as 8001 which is actually my dial 0. (speed call 0 to 8001) how do i make it where my dial 0 and main icoming number (1311) work with my client software for ext 2201. so they can tranfer incoming calls from there pc. so basically when they ring in it pops up my client software so i can answer them.
