With have UC Advanced 3.2.14.0, and we are currently using it with our CRM app to initiate calls from it through our 3300 MXe (MCD 4.1). This works fine, but I'd like to know if anyone knows a way of getting UC to send the details it receives in pop up to the CRM app so that it can automatically go to the clients details.
