UC Advanced 4.x

Hi,

Is there anyway to disable annoying pop ups on UC Advanced Client, I'm not 100% sure of the exact version 4.x but it was only commisioned earlier yhis year.

click the mitel icon in the top left corner and select configuration, then go to the call notification tab and deselect what you dont want to pop up.
There is also another pop up under Knowledge management you can untick
