I've just added some licenses on AMC for my customer's UC Advanced 2.0 server. I've gone to activate the license on the server using the Online Activation tab and entering the App Record ID etc. It then comes up with a timeout error:
Activator.RetrieveLicense: Executing sync failed: E_W32SYNC_TIMEOUT
I can get on to the internet from the server, I can ping sync.mitel-amc.com and telnet to that address on port 443 (which I believe is what the application is trying to do), but it still won't sync.
It didn't work when I installed the server, so had to do an offline sync. I could do an offline sync again, but I shouldn't have to!
Does anyone have any ideas please?????
