I've got my ext (4567) and my EHD (800) which is always logged in and has my blackberry number. If I call 800 directly it calls my blackberry, and if I leave it as an active PRG member and call 4567 it also twins with my mobile. This is all fine.

Although on UCA 4.0 my blackberry doesn't show as a device I can take calls with, I can only see desk phone. Where can I add this?

in the UCA client you can just go to 'my account' and add a device in there

I've tried that. It does give me the option to divert to that number, but not to use it to make calls from. Should I be entering the mobile number, or the DN??

Am I right in thinking that the UC server should pickup your dynamic extensions from the personal rung group on the 3300??

Cheers

On my UC server from my account it says PRG = No. Although my PRG is configured as I've tested the mobile twinning section of it.

Any ideas why UC server can't see I've got a PRG??

yes that is correct
Dynamic extn is also call forwarding so when you add them to your UCA config and select them it will put a call forward to that number

:( it's showing that I have no PRG and no dynamic ext even though it's programmed on the 3300

did you program this through UCA or directly on the 3300?
As I remember you have to program it on the UCA server and it syncs to the 3300

I programmed the EHDU and added it to the PRG on the 3300. Where do I program the dynamic extension on the UC server? I'm syncing with AD and not the 3300 by the way.

The user account on the UCA you can program all the info of PRG etc once it has been programmed you can sync with the 3300

i have copied this from the help file

PBX node: (Required) Select the PBX node that provides phone service to the account holder.

Leave this field blank if you want to use the value specified for the PBX node. This field is blank by default. The maximum length is 128 characters, and must include a valid IP address or hostname.

Refresh line monitors on save: Select this option, and then click Save to have the UC Server request updated information for the MCD phone lines for this account (see Troubleshooting).

Working a treat now. Recreated the PRG and UC account, and waited a few hours. Cheers for the help.
