UC 4.0 - Administraor change users status

If someone leaves the office and forgts to change their diverts, can it be changed from the UC server without their password??

you could probably do this via the 3300 call forwarding profile form

Will that not be overwirtten by the UC server? I know that's what used to happen in YA.

not sure you will need to test it
UCA makes the change to 3300 and not the other way around
so if you make the change on the 3300 then it should stay programmed until UCA is used again

You need a UCA console license.
Apply it to a user
Then that user will have the ability to change other users status

you could consider getting the app for your smart phone and use it to change your status via gps positioning.

Is it possible for the console to amend their statuses i.e change their sec's extension, or can it just activate existing ones?
