UC 3.0 welcome message?

Does anyone know if there is a log file that will show errors sending the Welcome Message? I have looked at everything that resembles smtp in log files with no luck...my gosh there are bunch of log files. I have email settings for each account...email settings for server. Just want to see why the message isn't coming through. Any help appreciated
 
I assume that your email is hosted off site?
we had the same issue, if I sent it to my gmail account, it came through. If I sent it to my corporate account, it didn't.
in looking at the email that came through, the sender was xxxx@<server name>.mycompany.com. This is not a valid name when the receiving smtp server does a reverse lookup so the email is rejected. At the moment there is no way to manipulate it.
