ubuntu 1104 CUPS - Print Text File Config

I'm using CUPS for Printer. I printed report using this command below in the console:

#lpr -o lpi=6 -o cpi=20 01OE5197.PRT

-How do I make this entry to the printer configuration so it print the report by default?

-The normal print command

lpr 01OE5197.PRT

resulting in a very big fonts and out of alignment & unusable.
